On Thursday, November 24th, 2022, First Baptist Church, 1309 Bernard Ave. Kelowna B.C. will be holding a General Meeting. This meeting will take place in the Sanctuary and online at 6:30 pm. At the meeting we will be receiving reports, voting on the 2023 budget and voting on the special resolutions set out below. The agenda, reports and proposed budget have been emailed to members and are also available at FBC's information counter in the foyer.
Please read all the reports before the meeting, as not all of the reports will be verbally presented.
The required quorum for a general meeting is twenty (20) members eligible to vote, and who must be physically present. Therefore, I would ask that those who are able to attend in person do so in order for our quorum to be met, and this will also facilitate allowing those participating online to vote.
This meeting will be held in person and online using Zoom.
