It's easy to get lost in a crowd, to feel disconnected even though you may be surrounded by worshippers on any given Sunday. That's why FBC has a Home Faith Ministry. We want everyone to have the opportunity to be known and cared for and to find their niche in ministry. People grow faster spiritually in a caring, interactive group where they can feel free to ask their real questions and study Scripture more deeply with others.
People belonging to a Home Faith group at FBC are involved in Bible study, with the added dimension of life application in ministry, as the members of the group pursue spiritual transformation.
Along with Bible study, members are also encouraged to share with those in their group questions about their faith and walk with Christ.
Jesus said:
"Where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them"
(Matthew 18:20)
Lives are formed and transformed in Home Faith groups when people meet together to pray, to study, to engage in fellowship, or to work on a specific task.
