Operation Christmas Child
The boxes are here and available in the foyer along with brochures and a list of suggestions of what to put in the boxes.
No Food Items Please! They are finding too many restrictions in certain countries making it difficult to allow some items in. No liquids, gels, or toothpaste. These can freeze, leak and cause damage to the whole parcel. Items most appreciated are school supplies, combs, soap, small towels and tools. Lets help Samartitans Purse demonstrate the love of Jesus. These boxes open the door to communities often closed to other groups and can then offer safe drinking water, education, health care, emergency relief and much much more.
Do you have any ideas for our
“Did You Know?” section in the bulletin? Joanne is looking for little
known and/or interesting facts about FBC. Email them to her at the office or leave a note in her mailbox.
