The Heart’s Journey - our spiritual direction, from beginning to end
Scripture tells us that the reason we have been given life is “so that we would seek God and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us” (Acts 17:23). From birth to death the Lord invites and encourages us to seek and find Him in this life. How we respond to this invitation represents the “Heart’s Journey” of return to our Creator. This weekend retreat will look at the call, the conversion and destination of this journey we find ourselves on as Christians in the hope that a clearer vision of our spiritual direction will motivate our hearts to respond more fully to it.
